Russian River, USA – Greek for mountain & birth, this small production varietal has crisp, balanced acidity, amongst nice pear, melon and white flower notes and its French oak barreled aging produces a nice lingering finish.

Michel Torino Vineyards, Cuma
Cafayate Valley, Argentina – Cuma, meaning clean and pure is an Organic and sustainably produced white varietal indigenous of Argentina. A bolder sauvignon blanc or pinot grigio with aromas of jasmine and orange peels tastes of fresh peaches and floral fruit, finishes lively with a crisp acidity.
